Very well said. I lurked for a couple of years before really talking to people. I have met some really wonderful folks here and have learned so much more about PC than I ever would have had it not been for this wonderful site. Hubby actually got me started here and he isn't a member... but if he wonders what is going on in the county, he asks me. I come here 1st and never have to go any where else. It is just an awesome thing... to kill time, to laugh, to argue, to make up (sometimes), to just enjoy PC's finest and "unfinest".

My Grandbaby Mama (daughter) is doing excellent! We will hopefully find out what it is before Christmas. She is due May 15, 2010. :yahoo:

JSYK- in regular eateries that have waiters and waitresses... if they are working the drive thru or the curb side service- most still make the $2.10 (or whatever it is) wage. They all hate this duty because they get screwed out of tips. We always tip them as well.

This is my way of looking at eating out therefore giving a tip. Eating out is a PRIVILEGE. I don't have to cook nor do I have to clean. I sit and enjoy conversation with family / friends. Having someone wait on ME is worth paying a great tip. If you go out to eat- you are saving yourself the extra work. You get to enjoy the company of those you are dining without worry. You are paying for this PRIVILEGE! Either pay 15% or more for good service or just eat at home.

I am not going to complain about the rain... I just wish It wasn't bringing the threat of flooding with it.

Either 7 regular size or 3 family size Lipton tea bags. Put it in a pot and bring it to a boil. Turn it off and let it steep for about .5 hr. Then I pour it in a gallon pitcher with about 3/4 c sugar and cold water. I don't like real sweet Sweet Tea. When we go out to eat- I get 1/2 and 1/2.
