The Popeyes on E/W Connector has gone down the toilet. The employees are playing grab @$$ the last couple of times I have been in there. Personally I think Kroger and Publix have some of the best fried chicken around.

That's only partly correct. An appraiser is not capable of determining loss of potential value of any remaining property. This requires hiring an engineer to draw up a use plan for the property before and after the condemnation or taking. The difference in the two values is the actual loss of value.

Most eminent domain attorneys work on a percentage of the amount they are able to get the owner. You are paid the original offer when the government files for condemnation. Too many people believe the old wives tales that have been falsley spread (probably by the government officials) and are afraid to fight them for what is theirs. There is also a very precise process to determine loss of value. The laws are in place, people just need to start using them.

I'm in the 19th. I met Will and had a lengthy discussion. I have more confidence in his abilities, honesty and not being controlled by other special interest groups or contributors than anyone that has ever served as a our representative. If Will was a Republican you would be just as adamant about his abilities as I am. Now lets try and raise the intelligence level of our banter to something above playground level and stop trying to make an issue of whether or not you were misinterpreted regarding your smoking comment.
