Been hearing them for the last few days. We will usually see them going south while we're fishing in October and November. This year we never saw the continuous flocks all day long. When my daughters were high schoolers I sat through an after church dinner with three of these guys doing this. When we left and were walking across the parking lot I happened to glance back and catch one of them sticking his tongue out at my daughters in a lewd manner (if you know what I mean). I agree with you on this one. Besides, we already have two "no-brainers" in the airport and the courthouse. I don't think we can afford to not look at all the details before we decide this is the greatest thing since the fire tax.

That wouldn't be profit. That would be construction costs. I am saying that one day, this thing will be paid for and both private and public partners should realize a profit. I would like to see how they are divided between the two and how the county proposes to use our "half". If this is going to be another HOT lane type deal where we pay half the investment with our tax dollars and then we are charged to use the product while a private investor walks away with a huge profit then I say hell to the no.
