I'm really not trying to pick on you, but when I say "your industry" I am including Yancey and all their mechanics, truck drivers, janitors as well as CWs and Vulcans. Any and all of the people whose livelihood is dependent on road construction. But just so I understand.....If we all pay 1% more for everything we buy, that is going to make the economy better? Why should there be a special tax just to support your industry? First of all, they know that this is a pipe dream and these projects, even if they were completed by 2023, would not solve the traffic problems.
