I crumble it up and brown it in a pan with olive oil and garlic, mix in shredded carrots, onions, spinach, mushrooms, (any veggies you love), and add spices like thyme, cumin, paprika, creole seasoning, black pepper (and truly anything to taste) and a few bean sprouts at the end, nutritional yeast flakes for a cheesy texture, veggie shreds (cheddar flavor) and wrap it in a spinach wrap for a vegan friendly "breakfast burrito". I eat these at least twice a week. Add salsa or hot sauce for an extra kick!!
