  2. a friend of mine just went through the same thing ... with her son ... when he turned 18 he got on line and copyed the papers for name change .. went and filed them at the court house and ran an add in the dallas era ... and had his last name changed to his stepdad's last name ... he said the stepdad had always been more of a father to him then his own dad ... I can't remember how much it cost but I know it was less than 300.00 to change the last name and run the add in the paper ... you may want to go this way and just have his last name changed

  8. what did they do to test him? I had every sign of the Swine flu for a month ... went to the doctor twice and they never tested me or even said any thing about maybe having Swine Flu

  11. yes... it is the Hiram store ... where the Kmart's is at .... the other one at the College is a Dallas address .... found out the hard way last week ... my meds got called in to the wrong one ... LOL
