What does CNBC know about financial markets and the economy? Unless you quote NPR and label all links "My link", you have zero credibility.

Maybe the chart title should be modified? Does this chart only apply to Meatloaf? -

...but you'll be very lonely. Please be careful when you use "logic" and "The Postman" in the same sentence. -

I don't know about that, Mark. I am certain that he craves attention and that pcom is one means of satisfying that need. -

I believe that TP uses Pcom as a means of drawing attention to himself. -
Actually, the worst offender is our current president. He put politics above EVERYTHING else.

...while the zooster enjoys 10 course meals and trips to her homeland, the UK.

If you're keeping a car long term and not moving, the title tax will likely save you money. However, if you plan to sell in a couple of years or are moving out of Georgia as we are thinking of doing, it is not a good deal.

Thinking that consumer confidence is up is bullocks. Good analysis of what is really going on.

Do You Chicken Out On Making Critical Choices?
AcworthDad replied to Eddie Bennett's topic in RECENT TOPICS
Liberals think that the government should make important decisions that affect our lives. Our current president is one of those. I am tired of liberals negatively impacting my lifestyle. -
Great gesture. I did the same. I started about 8 years ago and planned through 2045 in great detail what my siutaion would be. Now I update it every year with actual (income, expenses and investment dollar balance) and I can also look at things such as buying a new house to determine what the exact impact would be over time. I also have an annual month by month cash flow analysis. I am also willing to share my spreadsheet but it will dummy numbers, not my own. Just PM me and once you have it, we can discuss it on the phone.

Ding, ding, ding! We have a winner - the Community Reinvestment Act which first reared its ugly head during Jimma Carter's one term. Good for you!! Hang in there; sometimes part time converts to full time; maybe when business picks up, you'll get what you want.

Please be sure to thank our President the next time you see him

Yeah, I tend to be blunt and, sometimes, the truth hurts. Wish I was connected enough to help you out.

Fixed it for ya. FoxNews would be over the zooster's head. Put her at (p)MSNBC where she would be in her element.

Since the zooster has all the answers and KNOWS that the economy is improving, perhaps she can assist with your search. I am certain she would find you something today. Regardless, best of luck to you (and your friends) in your search.

On the positive side, you won't need to wonder, "What should we do today?" Perhaps we could take lessons from a certain elitist on this board on how to succeed with trying.

Just stay on pcom and bitch here.

I'm with you, Carol. I just want to be rocked - yet.

I have retired but I do contract work for my former employer. My wife will retire in May of 2014. We lived beneath our means for many years and we're ready to enjoy life and live off our savings. My goal right now is to earn enough so that I do not have to withdraw anything from our savings.
