There is an option in the OneDrive app, I think it is not free, but you can use a transfer cable to transfer your data. This is the transfer cable, they can be found in most shops:

Microsoft sells signature edition computers/notebooks/etc that come without pre-installed bloatware apps in its shops and online.

Fry's Home Electronics is pretty good, probably somewhat better than Best Buy. Wish their shops were a little closer. MicroCenter Computers and Electronics in Marietta (Power Ferry area) is good.

Was just told by a current Home Depot store staff that right now is a good time to get a job at Home Depot. Gotta get moving before the schools let children out for the holidays.

If your friend is overqualified (has a college degree), she/he should skip Home Depot. They tend to avoid hiring anyone overqualified. If your friend has a college degree, she/he should try the Home Depot Store Support Centre (corporate headquarters) in Cumberland (Cobb).
