Actually, there is a supreme court ruling. It is Town of Green River, Wyoming v. Fuller Brush Co. The U.S. Supreme Court on June 17, 2002 by a vote of 8-1, invalidated a Stratton, Ohio ordinance that required canvassers to register and obtain a permit from the mayor's office before going door-to-door. The Court held that the ordinance violated the First Amendment as it applied to religious proselytizing, anonymous political speech, and the distribution of handbills. He has always struck me as having higher aspirations. Not to say that is bad. I find him a little refreshing for a politican, actually. -
This company is not new to this - they are not rookies. They have been doing it for YEARS. I have only lived in Hunter's Glen for three years and I am constantly picking these baggies up. I have tried that long to get them to stop littering in my yard but I still get them. I also try to shop local but please do not stick things to my house or mailbox, especially when their is a sign as you enter the subdivision asking you not to.

The second one I would suggest, if he is covered, is Michael Lee. He is right there in the same complex as West Atlanta Pediatrics on 120.

We use Dr. Turner at Cedarcrest. Love him and his staff.

Do you know when Georgia mandated car insurance? in the 60's. No lobbying group was that mobilized then. Plus, Georgia has the lowest minimum coverage of just about every state. -

Driving is not an inherent right - it is a priviledge which has been stated over and over in this thread. States have the right to mandate coverage due you driving on publicly maintained roads. States do not maintain your health. -
