As I said. Every neighborhood has its ups and downs. There was drug activity at one point from people using our neighborhood as a meeting spot from Davis Mill kids. I personally worked hard in starting the neighborhood watch program and putting events together to bring the neighborhood together. It did work for the most part. More people actually started having fun in our neighborhood after this. If you do not think there are teenagers that are going to do bad things in your neighborhood you are wrong. It usually is mostly with teens doing stupid stuff like spray painting the road

I think it is stupid. Color is just color. I know what your kid means though- I do not even know what to say anymore (certain situations). I feel like you can not even say black anymore- It has to be African American. Maybe that is just my thinking because I also do not want to offend anyone in certain situations. I think the media put that in our head to be so correct and to not offend people. But I honeslty I feel like I sound awkward saying African American. It would be like someone having to refer to me as Caucasian. Just call me white girl. I know I am white and I do not care. It is just

Other than that one incident we have all love our neighborhood. If you are talking about the incident with us all getting in trouble for having beer at the pool- It was 4th of July - we all had our kids and relatives grilling out- some lady called the police on us- Rules are rules so we left. That is why they are revoting on alcohol at the pool. If it is being abused by some wild parties then there is a problem. But the ones that even use the pool (which are not too many people)- we take care of that pool, clean up everything, we never let our kids leave trash- so tbird- Summer- Pool- Beer- is

I live here. I enjoy it for the most part. We have met many people in our neighborhood that I am friends with. In the summer we all get together a lot more. The HOA is pretty good about making people keep up with their property which is nice. Of course you always have those few houses that need more attention than others. The have HOA meetings are the first week of every month. They put a sign up to let you know. HOA dues I think 240ish a year. Our kids in the neighborhood have a lot of fun. I let them all come into my yard and watch them play in the back at the creek.

lol- That is so awfully funny! Everytime a go cart is mentioned in our family Everyone has to to the story how my little brother layed in the path bc I would not get off go -cart for him to use. I usually shop in Paulding because I live there, but if I can buy anything on lunch hour I buy in Cobb over Paulding bc it is cheaper
