Sam's Club would be your best bet, unless a Costco (may be cheaper than Sam's) is closer. You do NOT have to have a membership to get RX's filled at the "Clubs". YOu tell teh door greter that you are going to the pharmacy with a prescription. They can NOT stop you!! If you have some that are expensive, call the manufacturer and ask them do they have a program for people who can NOT afford these high prices. You'd be surprised at what kind of replys you'll get.
