  1. post-2069-1203484588_thumb.jpg I have two male Dobies that are going nuts upstairs I have no where to put this dog, anyone reconize him? my entire house hold will be in an uproar very soon can anyone help Please . he's a sweetie. HE NEEDS HELP! He's not injured.

My neighbor has a couple of Siberians, I looked and they are in their back yard.

  2. Hey Ash, the other guy (Ron) called me we just hung up. I couldn't wait to let you know. Stress to the homeowner that this will be resolved very soon, and just try to bare with it a little longer.

Both of these men talked about Bud's situation tonight before he called me. I was afraid I wasn't going to hear from Ron since a week had passed that I left him a message, but he had been on a business trip. I was so excited when he called. I told him how urgent this is and that Buds life may be in danger that the other dog had already been poisoned (we think). Ron told me that on his way home from church tonight he picked a rabbit up off the road it had been hit but was just sitting there, since he's going out of town on business in the morning he took the rabbit to the other guy "Al's" house so he could take it to the vet.. These guy's are awesome! They are dedicated to these animals.

Ron's business is Wildlife Rescue he will be back in town Thursday and said if I didn't hear from him that evening to call him Friday. He has large traps for catching coyotes and wolves they are six foot by something, really big traps and he has the leg traps also. I want to talk to "Al" again before Thursday. They both are definitely interested in helping out.

I know you can't run a business on kindness, so I have no idea what he will charge if any. I want to help, I told you I would help with the cost of tranq. gun if one was found. I don't believe it's going to cost much, I know that there will be a vet. bill too.

    I'm sooooo excited !!!!! :)

Keep posting any new news please. A lot of people are checking in here and hoping for the best.

  3. I am excited about talking to them, my new cell number is 4042263600, call me or I'll call you. I hope they have something we can use or they can assist.

Great I think he will be helpful, I'll p.m. you his contact info if you want to call him directly that will be fine, I told him about you, concerning "Bud". don't hesitate if you want to call me.

  4. I think this hairstyle is Adorable :)

***it didn't add the pic she posted***

I like this one! I think this style would look fab with your gorgeous face and short styles don't need pulling up, but you can and with some wispies to frame your face, a new tattoo on the back of your neck would be awesome. Can't wait to see the new look.

  5. Doberman's RULE!!!

excellent as house dogs and good with kids and other animals...also described as velcro dogs, they want to be touching you at all times

    Well said eastpauldindnative.

In my experience any breed can be the best, a mix or a purebred, with love, guidance and proper training.

I'm partial to Dobermans I have had six over the last twenty nine years.

Doberman Pinschers are dedicated they live to please highly intelligent, fiercely loyal and eager to learn the next trick or task. Dobi's are very active outdoors and a yard is a must. But are respectful of "in house rules".

Your daughter will enjoy a wonderful companion and guardian and as she grows into a teen you will have added assurance when it comes to parental concerns because her Doberman is a great judge of character. Enjoy your new addition.

  6. I hate to hear that soulosoul. I put a lock on my gate, just in case, you never no I was afraid

some neighborhood kids would open the gate for kicks or something crazy. I'd hate for my

two Dobermans running the Hood. Some idiot would probley shoot my boy's if something like that were to happen you would hear my gun fire over in your neighborhood. I don't like to leave them outside long unless I keep a constant watch on them. I have found all sorts of items in my yard, I think some of the kids like to antagonize them, and they both are sweethearts. Watch out for your baby's.

    I know you do...

  7. I guess its a P.C. (piece of craq) I've almost tossed it out several times over the last four day's, the dang thing has been crashing more than me latly and I can't belive this one, it's actually slower than me too. :angry2:

O.K. Mark, I'm really counting on you tomorrow! I need some Pauldingnetworking. :)

    edited for welcome committee

    ***Welcome AFG new commerce member***

  8. Hey Ash and Katcol, I have been following along with everyone else that shares the concern for Buds capture I have been trying to spread the word and maybe we can get a tranquilzer gun at a VERY reasonable price I have a couple of friends in law enforcement that are researching, I have been in contact with a man that does rescue and rehab with many types of animals, I also left a message with his friend, these two men share the same concern for the abused and abandoned and injured wildlife they have done some wonderful things for so many animals. he suggested a leg trap with (rubber band) kinda like the steal (it won't hurt him) these men are professionals. as soon as I hear more I'll post my computer is down at home. ***Please let me know what you think I don't want to bother them if you have something else in the works.*** You have my # I hope, if not I will check back when I get to work tom. I am really excited these guy's sound wounderful...... :) Sheri

  9. this is one of those deals where I have to offer serious help before i can be sarcastic. thats fine...

Free Clinics of Georgia, just type your area they find one close to you.

....oh heck i dont have the sarcasm in me. hope its just a calcium deposit.

O.K. So you must be a man! That being said... I realize how hard or should I say difficult

it must have been for you to hold back... THANK YOU FOR THAT!!!

Of course we all are hoping that it's a swollen gland or calcium deposit, given her age it's likely.

Obviously you have never lost a loved one to breast cancer and you don't have to concern yourself

with regular self exams. We don't know her personal experience or fears with this disease. I struggled over how I should have replied, It's difficult for both sides I wanted to just say "don't worry you will be fine" call the health dept. on Monday.

That's always the easiest response when confronted with such a serious concern from ... a friend,

loved one, or even a stranger.

Sometimes our fear is an instinctual guide to reach out for answers if we aren't satisfied with the ones given. Thank you for posting the link for her and others, some of you guys have a heart after all. Sincerely,

tell Barry I thought he was hot
they both should remember me

Will do Grandmama ;) I'm sure they will be glad to hear from you... What crazy day's

those must of been. B)

    Hey Carol,

Barry my big bother" and Bruce are still in contact almost daily both live out here in Dallas.

Barry got this big grin when I told him you said hello. He wanted me to tell you hello too then he said

"I always thought she was a cutie".

  11. I believe to have a lump on breast. I have no Medical Insurance and not sure where i can go to get it checked out for low cost or free. If anyone can help me it would really help my nerves.

    Thanks

OH MY QED, I know you must be freaking. Have you called anyone? Did you detect this tonight?

If it were me and I didn't know where to turn, I would start with going to Wellstar E.R. I believe that this is an emergency, and so would anyone if they were in your shoes. I couldn't imagine the hospital turning you away. Get it check out and give us a good report.

  12. WHO is your husband? I'm WHS '73, too!

Do you know Barry McCurdy or Bruce Llewellyn? I think my brother Barry was a 73" Wills grad.

I graduated from Marietta High School 1981

My better half William A. Wirt 1977 in Miller Beach, Indiana

  13. Great choice!!! I would love to see more Dobermans around, they are wonderful dogs.

My nephew and his wife rescued a sweet blue Dob from PAC a few years ago, he has

been a wonderful addition to their family.

I have seen a couple of great purebred Dobermans for adoption

at P.C. Humane Society or P.C. Animal Control just last year.

I have rescued a couple over the years through Purebred Rescue.

They are such a sweet and loving breed of dog, incredibly smart and sensitive. I hate to see any breed of cat, dog or any domesticated species or even a wild animal that was captured by man then just left behind or abandoned, we owe them so much more.

Dobermans have always been a part of my life, so when I see one that has been discarded it tugs at my heart strings with great force, their soulful eyes seem to call out to me loudly. I just can't imagine these two boys at my side without me, or me without them.

O.k. oops, I'm sorry I think this is what they refer to as a HI-JACK!!!

Converse, I'm sure you know this already, I'm glad to read that you plan on keeping your new addition inside. I'll keep a look out for you, I'm looking for a Doberman Pinscher for another person also.

Checkout Jennifer's Pet Rescue in Dallas, I believe I saw a nice looking male Dob not long ago.

Craig's List has also had some fine Dobermans listed.

*** Hope you find one soon can't wait to see some pics. ***

  14. The guy said $200, and he'd have to think about it. I'm not sure I want to do that though. I would rather keep trying the drugs and if need be raise money to help with vet

Also, if I have any of your stuff:

After we get him I will be bringing it all back, unless you need it sooner. I don't like keeping it so long, but if I come up with another idea I don't want to run all over the place if I need it again. Like I said if anyone needs anything back, just let me know. Again, I appreciate everyones help and letting me hijack all of their dog catching stuff!!

Keep it as long as you need it. I really don't want the poodle back.

If I can be of any help, you know how to reach me.

I understand your hesitation about the tranqulizer gun or a stranger with a gun. The offer stand for however you see best utilized.

Although, I have heard drug rehabs can be quite costly though. ;) j/k, I know what a great job

your doing, and I admire your determination.

    As always best of luck.

Maybe we could take the property owner a meal or something to show appreciation for his continued patience. I'd be glad to pick something up if you'd like.

  15. Ash, If this doesn't come to a close with the next dose, well I just don't want this to end tragically for Bud or you I know how much you have put into his rescue. How much to purchase a tranquilizer gun? Maybe we could buy a used one, I don't remember how much you told me and if any licensing requirement is involved. The county A.C. or someone in rescue (maybe you) needs one, there seems to be many situations where one's needed. But for now what about the guy you said would come out for a fee, how much? I will donate some money.

He wouldn't even know what hit him, while he's napping on the bank.
