i have direct tv and my current phone and internet is att and i want to drop my home phone but don't know how i would get internet service , anybody done this or have info ?

i work for a local natural gas company and have lived in this area all my live and have witnessed a few floods but never nothing as bad as this one, we had one back in 1970 i think that was pretty bad then a another in 04 or 05 that was bad but this one tops them all , you just have to witness it first hand and see it in person to really understand , the stuff i see when i go to these places thats been flooded its just unreal , i told a coworker today, you don't know how good you've got it till you witness something like this , prayers for every one effected by the flooding .
