    I wear the seat belt in my truck, I do not need the govt to tell me to. Maybe they can pass a law telling me how many sheets of toilet paper I have to use and that it would be illegal to not was my hands afterwards. This is the insurance companys lobbiest trying to hold on to more of the premiums as profit and not paid to hospitals ect. Nothing more, nothing less .
