I'm sorry it's taken so long to get back on this. Unfortunately I think I'll have to pass on this one. I haven't had the time to put together spring/easter type items. Most of what I have right now is still centered around Christmas and Fall.

The new law does not address asbestos or gunpowder, just testing for lead and some plastic compounds in items intended for children 12 and under. And the penalty is not jail, it's tens of thousands in fines. As far as the jury trial, how many thousands of dollars in attorney's fees will it cost to watch that jury foreman to get verbal with the prosecutor?

It would be interesting for someone in Hiram to get a copy of the Police Report and tells us what it says about this incident. Can someone point me to the post where we're told how his foot got ran over without him being hit by the bumper or fender?

I guess the other concern is how the boy is doing. How long will he be in a cast and will he be able to walk normally again?

I still haven't seen an answer to this question. How does someone who's minding their own business get their foot run over without being hit by a bumper or fender first? BTW - we were there last night. The theater was nice and quiet. No unaccompanied teens to be seen or heard.
