yep, yep, some of you might also not know that at the end of aluminum foil, some plastic wrap boxes, that there are notches that you push in on the the box that keeps the tube from rolling out of the box.

Sept. 11th hits me hard. Not only does is it a reminder of the terrible events of 2001, but my mom died on that day 5 years ago.
I'm so sorry. My thoughts and prayers will be with you on that day.

They make a product called snake away, don't know if it works or not. you line the perimiter of the yard and it keeps them from coming in. You would need to make sure they were all out before you did that though so you don't trap them in the yard.

not personally, but my uncle and an old friend both did for massive spinal injuries, and they were wonderful. Very caring place and great nurses and doctors!

absolutely freaking horrible!!! Worst monday ever. Glad I'm at home and it's almost over. Not looking forward to the rest of the week at this point either, at least until thursday, when I don't have to go to work.

I don't know if they still do, but the blimps used to be manufactured in Rockmart. They would fly them each when they were finished and let the employee that helped take a ride. It used to be the goodyear plant, now they make military airplanes parts. They were still making the blimp until at least 8 years ago, so I guess they still are.

Where do you see your mayberries and bullets???
mayberries are good, bullets are bad, you can see them when you post, by looking under your name/avatar, or by going and looking at your profile. mayberries show up as negatives, bullets positive, you can click on that number and it'll tell you what you got, why you got it. hope that helps...
< -20 ( -2 ) 10 > that for example would mean you have two mayberries (a -2) you look at what's in the parentheses.

I have these stupid, scary things too! THey look like an oversized yellow jacket. I had 4 follow me into the garage after letting the dog out the other night, freaked me out. I told my mom I ingested more than they did with the insecticide that night. Killed those, now I need to find the nest. I think I found my yellow jacket nest today, and gassed it,
I hope I did anyway. Not completely sure I got it. Yellow jackets and these things, yuck!!! -

It's all about supply and demand too. I'm sure it's going to go up because everyone is rushing out to buy it, the stores who do have it will be able to bump up the price because the rest of the stores are waiting on delivery. Simple as that! And yes, I do drive an suv, it gets between 24-27 mpg, and yes I still gripe about the prices because it's stupid for them to be up as much as they are regardless of what I drive. I know many people who have less fuel-efficient SUVs, and it would cost them more to sell them because they would take a loss because they owe too much. None of the car lots will give a decent trade-in price because no one is buying them either. There was a store in Cartersville that had gas at $5/gallon when Katrina hit, just because of the same reason, everyone else was gouging at 3, but they had sold out. I remember that very well because it's also the night my uncle died. OK, off soapbox, carry on.
