  1. I agree with you. If everyone was courteous this is a design that gets cars moving quicker. Over a year you would be amazed how much pollution can be averted and how much gas is saved. People are to tense today, chill, wave the person in front of you over and turn up the Zeppelin. Two days this week I did 2 hours in traffic, had a great time as I saw some other drivers looking like they could stroke out at any minute. Stress kills folks, I went from stage 4 kidney failure to borderline stage 2(that is good). Changed diet and it did not help much at all, changed stress in my life and bam I can
  2. I edited the first post and wanted that to reflect a shift in thinking based on some great feedback. Edit on day 2 of this thread I left this paragraph but wanted to add if you agree with please read this topic all the way through. Many had great points that made me re think this. I voted for our current Sheriff but I see some things happening in regards to the harassment of county citizens that the only logic I can apply is it generates money. I don't see how sitting where they do protects and serves. I do computer repair, when one is broken I go directly to it, not the one 5 offi
  3. Cool, I have some stuff coming up I need done.
  4. honestly glass, things were slow on here so i think mgt has a select few stirring the pot. i noticed some folks on here i know are smart making remarks to get a reaction. And if it was a rape victim that others questioned why she wore what she did etc... that would be labeled(as it should) blaming the victim.
  5. i could see the rear ending as folks go to beat the light, notice a camera and slam on the breaks. Thanks to all for your great replies. I hope this gives folks more insight, it has me.
  6. I agree, I don't think it was a trap, when a cop told me that is a speed trap I disagreed. I got it fair and square, was the last one in the pack so he got me. Someone actually argued with me the points I mentioned so I thought, let Pcom have a look and get opinions. I appreciate those like you that read my statement and gave great feedback!
  7. And when you still could not find them? Do you ever watch the reports where a parent looked for for years? Do you personally know anyone going through this or that has been through it? Have you ever seen a broken person because years of searching then some a hole tears you a new one because they think you did not do enough? I watched a person go through this and it is not good. If he needs a place to stay my door is open.
  8. They need to fire their marketing people. I have gotten lots of nice shiny fliers that tell me no price, no terms and so on. A guy came to our door and could not tell me a firm price. this is the price for a year and cheaper then you are paying now was the best he could do. he had an attitude like our product is so superior how dare you question me. I went online and looks to me like I get less then I do with Comcast for the same price.
  9. I saw that happen twice on I 20 over the years. People slammed on their brakes when they saw a cop and caused wrecks. That is a good point about rush hour also, I do notice them sitting out on the weekends and evenings more so then rush hour. Thanks for actually reading my post and offering an answer, great points
  10. Hmm... Good points as was the post before that states it bogs down intersections. Ideally redoing would be the way to go, hopefully when the 4 lane that it will be considered. I go to ICSTMA already, i can't imagine how bad off I would be with Crystal ones. BTW that is I can't stop touching myself anon. We sit around in boxing gloves trying to not adjust so much.
  11. Thanks, I come from NY so we take that as a compliment. maybe it was a bad week to stop taking anti depressants! I still laugh at airplane
  12. thank you for clarifying what I wrote. Not that they have crystal balls but really data on bad intersections is easy to come by
  13. read my post about my feeling on getting the ticket, no problem with it at all. I also disagree with those including a Hiram cop that calls BC a speed trap. It is all clearly posted. I was speeding, cool with the fine, only $143, very fair, cop was great all my fault. After I began to wonder what is the reasoning behind not actually being in problem areas where people die. is it revenue driven or what I was accused of things I did not write, i actually wrote the opposite. If the time was taken to read what i read without preconceived notions based on how others bitch about la
  14. Then you don't have the ability to comprehend English. They do that for sure! but what if they sat just before it and got those that cross through that intersection at 60.
  15. they should and that is the easy excuse for those trying to fix the problem, place blame and walk away. it takes thinking and common sense to say folks don't but if we have police presence and are handing out fines at these intersections folks will know, if they know you hang out a mile down the road then that intersection where fatalities are happening is wide open for breaking the law.
  16. You jumped the gun and did not read the entire post.
  17. You got a name? My son knows a lot of folks in that area. I would say now that you know began a campaign of harassment to them. Make his parents and family so miserable they want nothing more then for you to get your stuff back. Put out the address and names, ask everyone to go by, aim headlight at there house and flash them while beeping at all hours, put out their home # and even call grandparents or other family you can find in public listings. I once had a guys 2nd cousin on the phone that gave me all I needed, this guy was tired of the family covering for him all the time and always want
  18. I agree they should obey, not surprising but you guys are trying to twist the point to meet your snide remarks. let me say it slowly for folks like you If they are going to be out there as they already are why not spend that SAME TIME in problem areas.
  19. let me back up since you choose to be ignorant. I was here when they built the road, from the time it opened accidents did not happen on a weekly basis anyplace but these intersections. I have not once seen them there but instead where it goes down hill and merges.
  20. I got a ticket a couple months back on Bill Carruth for 14 over, no biggie have not had one in years and the fine was reasonable so I paid it. I drive it often and started to notice they sit in areas where the accidents never happen. If you are out there to "protect and serve" why not be at the intersection of Hiram Sudie where serious wrecks occur often. This tells me it is not about protecting and serving but rather generating revenue in points on the road where it is easy to go over. I live right by this corner, when it first opened I would run up there every time I hear a crash, now it i
  21. And as I have in Paulding... I walked right out of gas stations where the employees smoke. The one on 92 and 120 was and may still be the worst. I don't know about still as 2006 was the last time I went in. Ya know I like to take a nice crap, you will not find me squatting in the middle of a store for everyone to enjoy it with me. Well once and they were so mean about it.
  22. Given that it was other professionals in the school that witnessed it and turned it in one can assume it was not so simple.
