When you compare the deductibles and copays with other plans it comes out as a better value. My plan has no life time limits on pay outs. You need to look at your visits for last year to see if it will be a good value for you. Children tend to go to the doctor frequently so people usually pay the whole deductible. Mine goes up as part of the celebration of my Birthday. We all get together and to put it up and decorate it. We have cake, ice cream, blast Christmas music, dance around and laugh! I actually look forward to this more than Christmas. It has turned into a low pressure fun time for the whole family. The best part are pulling out the ornaments that the kids made or ones that loved ones that have passed made or have given us.
