Oh well some guys think a Valentine card is a guarantee. I can guarantee if I have to do it all myself I am gonna be very tired, and valentines might be one of the few times you get lucky

Well we actually considered it for about 30 seconds, but he is so out of it, I don't thinks he is hurting, but I didn't want the cats to paw him. I am just soft and helpless when it comes to things with fur. Who knows I nursed the baby possum back to health, but this is a full grown squirrel, if he starts getting around he is outa here.

It was the cat, and it is a big squirrel, I suspect it fell from the tree and was stunned, neither of the cats have a mark on them. Thats why I am giving it a chance, but it don't look good.

I know I am an idiot, I guess that is what got me thinking. I have a squirrel in a dog carrier in my closet dying, because I can't let it die alone in the driveway, or bring myself to toss him over the fence and let nature take it's course. Dumb right! This said as the culprit of the squirrel's demise is prissing around my face with his tail in the air as I type

We had brunch at Aspens it was wonderful, we ate at the bar because they had reserved all the tables.. Great service even at the bar, the food was delicious. We actually did not have to wait to sit at the bar.

I think Northern drivers are more confident. I think they tend to get over confident down here because it takes a while for it to penetrate that our roads are not treated so they ice very quickly in falling temps. Southerners tend to stay put if they can and don't get the experience of doing it all the time. And I happen to agree about the relearning, because turning into a skid or not hitting your brakes is fighting your first instinct and it does get easier with frequent practice. The best thing is to think before you drive remind yourself of these things consciously.
