Generally people addicted to gambling frequent these stores. They tend to play the lottery to the extreme. It is easy to tell what stores are paying under the table,the same people will be playing the electronic games for hours in their stores. You always see a lot of people that are certainly old enough to be on SS playing both. Personally these machines are no worse than the lottery. If you are going to take advantage of people that never stop hoping for something for nothing why draw the line.

Many parents are wringing their hands, they have intelligent children that are building computers in their bedrooms, yet these kids can not pass the english portion of the graduation test and probably can't earn a college credit in it to get a degree. They are throwaways.

I did some research last year they are almost non-existent. Many trades have gone back to apprenticeships. You not only don't have many, the ones that you do have are not participating in many of the college fairs at school. Machinist and mechanical engineers are in high demand, many with the aptitude for these jobs are having difficulty passing all the classes in the colleges that offer them. People are actually being held back by a process of elimination that starts in high school. We know that everyone working at these places are not unskilled, many take them to get by and many more will be forced to take them when they become 50% of our jobs.
