Why don't we ever have anything to do here? Other counties/towns always have things to do and they post them on the internet. Like Athens, they post "What's happening today" on Yahoo. Something always going on. If there is something going on other than on the weekends and I just missing it, then I apologize. I'm not talking about town meetings, Board meetings, small farmers market. I'm talking about fairs, community things. Like this, how would some of you like to do this: Get together and do a night hike with a focus on the moon, constellations, or nocturnal creatures?

I didn't buy the synthetic kind....I bought the all natural Raspberry ketone. 100% Raspberry is the only ingredient. I have no jittery feelings. It would be against the law not to put on the label if there is other ingredients in the pill and not post it on the label.

I took one around 5 and I couldn't sleep that night, I thought surely not. Well, yesterday, I took the second pill at or around 4/5 again and I didn't sleep last night very well. I was tossing and turning. So, I thought I would share this. From now on, I will take one in the morning and the second one no later than 12:30. And this from only 500 mg of Raspberry ketones and nothing else mixed with it.

Not trying to make it a secret, it's just me, I never can remember the all rules very well, and Pubby knows this. So, I can only speak for myself, but I didn't know if it was okay to post the business and if I was promoting a buisness and them not being a paying business on here.

I take 100 mg x2 a day. The only thing it has changed for me is the taste of soda. Yes, I lost some weight of it. I think it was 16 pounds. I slept a lot also, and just didn't feel like eating. Now if you want to talk about my neighbor, she lost over 65 pounds.

It's synthetic. And the right kind wouldn't come 180 pills. Also, the lower the amount (cheaper) it's synthetic, the higher the amount, it's the real stuff. Remember it has to be pure and 500 mg. It has to look white and it will look like it's crystal.
