It's called social drinking people. Seriously, the CDC is calling it binge drinking. Going out 3 times a month with your hubs, boyfrined, the girls, and having 4 drinks. Your best bet is to find an all natural health store (not GMC) that sells all natural ingredients. GMC sells snythetics as well as naturals but you really have to know your labels.

You shouldn't have bought them at GMC, they are the synthetic kind that Dr. Oz said NOT to buy. Manufacturers are running rampant making synthetics. You want the one that is 500 mg Raspberry Ketone and the only other ingredient is Gelenten (sp) which is the capasul.
