Lowrider, Does a Microburst have anything to do with a tornado forming, or is it actually some form of a tornado? That is one time, I missed my timing to have a nap. lol

You know Lowrider, I appreciate you helping me with this storm coming, and helping me to calm down. I do have a neighbor that will be keeping in touch with me. She said if it does get bad enough, she will either come to my house or me to hers and we will sit through it together, so I won't be alone. When family is with me, I'm normally okay, I only freak when I'm alone.

My phone is charged. Last storm, when I saw the tree's whipping around in a circle and couldn't see my neighbors house at all, the cable was going in and out, power was flickering on and off, then lost power. My cell phone wasn't working and it was fully charged. I couldn't call out at all. The sad thing is, when I got the alert to take cover, it all ready passed. They won't laugh at you. But you can easily go to the super market and buy green tea, walk, etc. There are a lot of FREE things you can do, instead of wasting money. I've lost 13 pounds just going to the park and walking my dog and taking pictures. And it's FREE. lol You will be surprised cutting down your portions, getting rid of junk food, candy, sweets, walking, etc., how much you will lose in a week. Seriously!!!!

Even if you go to a weight loss doctor, and he gives you a pill, he is still going to tell you to watch what you eat, tell you to watch your portions and exercise. Never a quick fix. Regardless, a quick fix will only bring the weight back. Sorry to be a downer.

Bought it online, he started them in January. He is one of those that follows things to the "T"!!! Now remember, he didn't buy the synthetic one's. He bought the 100% Raspberry Keytones. No artificial flavoring, or any other ingredient added, including caffeine. Me, I lost a few pounds, but I don't follow nothing to the "T"....I'm lazy that way. I take one in the morning with my other meds, but I don't take the second one like I should.

I don't take the Raspberry Keytones (synthetic) one's, so I can't answer her question. The 100% natural one, I can. My father has lost a lot of weight off them, me however, I'm lazy, I only take the pill in the morning, and not in the afternoon. I've lost some weight off it. I eat right, and walk.
