Okay, this is what happen....... The 19 year old is on the run. They heard shots filed. The kid took his own life in the boat. His older brother normally called the shots but he is dead, and when that happened the brother ran him over with the care to get away. He has been on the run ever since. Now, he is scared, didn't know where to turn, what to do. Took his own life in the boat. He was a follower, brother being gone and no one to tell him what to do, it became to much for him and he couldn't stand it. So, the only way out was to shoot himself. EDIT: Total speculation!!!

No person has been identified. They are trying to identify the suspect and have solid leads. They have him on video of dropping off the bag. Unofficial media let loose that their was an arrest, and the FBI asked the media to be more careful on what they say/tell the public this early in the investigation. They are also concentrating on letters that are laced with ricin a deadly chemical on letters that were sent to Obama and other Government Officials (from other States) as well as the Boston Marathon. Apparently the letters were received the same day as the bombing.
