I understand there are actually 4 sides... Pip's, the counties, the developer AND the truth. My problem is spending all this money to make sure it don't go to court. Trying to use our Tax dollars as an endless pit to fund a law firm who gives to campaigns. Just go to trial already. Stop the cock blocking. If the county didn't do anything wrong..that will come out in court. Hell...even Casey Anthony go her day in court..it took 3 years..but she go it. bottom line is the county has spent over a million dollars to PREVENT someone from going to court and having it heard before a jury. If the county don't have anything to hide why are they spending all this money to prevent him from having his day in court. If the county thinks they have enough evidence to have a ruling in the counties favor...why not just go forward?? Just like a criminal..we are all guaranteed our day in court. No matter what the county shouldn't be cock blocking someone's day in court....better yet...stop using my freakin tax dollars to do it.

How awesome. I lived in Seminole and went to Maderia Beach all the time. My sister actually went to Maderia Beach Middle School and would sit in class and watch the dolphins. All the beaches are really nice in that area. I like Clearwater...but it is to "hard body" for me.
