  1. If my keys are in the car then my car won't lock. Thank goodness. That is the ONLY reason that I have not done that in the last several years.
  2. we have the round pillow. And hubby and I fight over it at times. You can twist it and put it behind your head and it works perfect when sitting on couch watching tv or just trying to nap. Best "As seen on TV" item that I have ever tried.

speaking of....where is she? Wonder if she is watching this season too?
  4. Good for who? You don't count. lol
  5. Ok we need a forum for Big Bother shows. I am a huge fan for those who don't know me. I LOVE the spoilers. And I am ready to share with anyone that wants to know what is going on in the house. But I don't see the spoiler option anymore. So I can't post the spoilers on here.....help!!!

yeah, it would be a perfect show if Rachel was the first one kicked off. I can't stand anything about her. And I personally think the Danielle/Evil Dick thing is made up. Can't really believe anything that they say. I do know after he won the show years ago, that they went on vacation together. So it is possible either way.
  7. my car is the remote type. I have the push button start. And my car won't lock if the keys are in the car. I love that. It has saved me several times already when my son tries to lock the doors before he shuts his. Not sure if you can add that feature to a car or if it would even be cheap. Maybe roadside service may be cheap. It includes unlocking the car....then she can sit there and wait on them so maybe she will remember the next time. Worked for me before.
  8. my son was ADHD when he was really young. We could only use 1 type of medicine to treat this. Then one day our Occupational therapist recommended "Sensory Diet". This was basically like twirling your hair while in a meeting. Or chewing on a pencil while in class. This worked wonders for my son as well as the whole class. The teacher incorporated it in the class schedule. (my son is in special ed classes) You have to find which sensory works best but I found major results with it. And my son was never on medicine again. We worked on this with the Occupational therapist so it wasn't just s
  9. I had that problem the other day. It lasted about 10 minutes.
  10. let me just say this....by high school graduation....you are just glad that they made it and everyone survived.
  11. I have to go back and read the article. But I will say this....I know someone that was on trial for shaken baby....and I was there for most of the trial. There was no way she was guilty and I can't believe with all the evidence that the DA in Paulding would have even brought charges against this person. I was just thankful that the jury paid attention to all facts and found her not guilty.
  12. Exactly what I was thinking when I read it.
  13. I agree with you on both. AC has been called to my neighbor many times after me warning her that I would call if I ever see them out after my kids again and are off the leash. Well she didn't believe me so yeah I called AC on her several times. She finally got tired of it (maybe fined...not sure) and she put a fence in the back yard. So now she lets them roam out there and only lets them out front on the leash while she is walking them. I feel bad that I had to bug AC so much but they were chasing my kids and I wanted the neighbor to know that I meant business. I would even yell at her t
  14. to use your example...I have the right to drive down 278 without her jumping out in front of me when it was dark and having to slam on my brakes to keep from hitting her....and she had the nerve to yell at me and cuss me. She was the one braking the law. Not I. What if it had been my teenager driving that didn't have the reaction timing that I did. It would have been Ms. Jessie fault if I had of hit her!!!!
  15. Tuesday sounds good. I will get with you later....but if I forget then send me a reminder. old age setting in.
  16. I can do any day next week. So you heard that Matthew had a date the other day at McD's? yep, her hubby was working out of town and Matthew tried to move in. Did said person tell you about my drama? Girl, we may need more than lunch if not. Lots to tell.
  17. 20/20? I started to ask how you know where to find it and how much it cost. lol What do they market it for if it says not for human consumption? I know that doesn't mean that is really how it is used but what do they advertise it for? I have never heard of it.
  18. thanks for the suggestions. I will pass it on to her. No cat, she said that there are cats running around but too many chipmunks and the cats aren't helping. I was reading up on it and mostly saw about cats. No dog. But I will definitely tell her the other suggestions and let her try them.
  19. My MIL has a bad chipmunk problem. they are eating away and killing all the plants in her yard and they are digging holes under her house. Any idea on how to get rid of them. All we could find was to get a cat. Not a choice.
  20. I think what has been decided is this: When I first spoke to the father about both parties being sent a kit and mailing it in themselves... his only question was how will he know that she is really testing herself and not a friend. So that is when I suggested the following since we already know that the mom is going to be in Athens. Order the home kit. The mother going to Athens on Friday and she can bring the daughter. which she already wanted to do. Then the father can meet them there with the kit. This way everyone sees that the right person is tested. The test kit can be seale
  21. lol. she still mastering that. She will have it down before you know it.
  22. I had gone a time or two several years ago. To me, it really isn't worth it. You stand in line early to get in...and it gets really crowded. But that was just my personal experience.
  23. no child support. He just found out the other day that this is even a chance. So that is when the mom told the daughter (who is 21 years old). So the dad has been talking to the child (as of last night)and told her that if she wanted to do a DNA test then he would gladly do one. He wanted to talk to the child since it is ultimately her decision but he wants one. But if she decided not to, then he would respect that decision. he just, 3 days ago, spoke the the mother of that child for the first time in 21 years....she just randomly called out of the blue and that is when he found out. Since
  24. yes, he is the one that came to her about it. It was all his idea. Plus he is the one paying for it. He was originally going to go to her town to do it but if it can be done this way then it will save money.
  25. thanks for everyone's input. It is a weird situation. The dad just found out too. Only the mom knew all these years. So he said as long as the child wants to do it then he will gladly do the test. But since she is an adult then it needs to be her decision. BTW....it isn't my child...she is only 18 and we know who her father is....she looks just like my hubby. lol
