My mother started having leg cramps/muscle spasms so bad about a year ago that she would have to get up and walk. My grandmother told her to put a bar of soap in her pillowcase. I don't know how or why, but she doesn't have them anymore. I know it's an old wives tale, but it works!

I would buy several tickets, but since you have to be present to win, I will not be buying any. Please reconsider having to be present so more people will purchase.

My son and I tried The Dugout tonight. We did not have the wings, but what we had was fresh and wonderful!! I had the chili cheese dog and son had the chicken fingers. Oh and we had the fried pickles, they were delicious. I recommend it for sure. We will be back to try other menu items real soon.

You can also use kitty litter to do this. Wet it and let the medicine dissolve, then toss in trash.

No I am referring to TownPark, the one off Chastain. The new one at Barrett Pkwy and Dallas Hwy is called West Marietta.

I use the OB/GYN at TownPark in Kennesaw. All of the doctors and midwives are great! My favorite midwife retired this year though, but I feel comfortable with all the others. Kaiser did part ways with Wellstar at the beginning of the year. But they are expanding their services in all directions in the metro area. The Kennesaw location will be expanding the facility and building a seperate building that will house specialties. These expansions are set to start in December of this year and be complete in 2012.

I have Kaiser insurance. I've had it for 14 years and I love it. Everything you need is located in the building. Labs, x-ray, pharmacy, it's all under one roof. Makes it so convenient. Unless you choose the triple tier or added choice option you will have to see a Kaiser doctor at a Kaiser facility. In the 14 years I have only encountered 1-2 doctors that I didn't really care for, but the thing about that is there are many other doctors to book an appointment with so you can find one you really like. Hope this helps.
