  8. something must be going on down nebo road, 2 marked and 4 un marked came flying down about 30 minutes,ago wiith lights on, no ambulance or fire truck.. so they are busy we may not see them but they are busy everyday protecting all of us, and trying to help were needed. they are under staffed, so they do the best they can.. and I for one appericate all they do.
  9. Some Paulding County neighbors are upset and concerned that a new pawn shop will be selling weapons close to neighborhoods and children. Neighbors signed petitions and went to two different meetings, including one Tuesday afternoon, to keep the vacant building from turning into a pawn shop.   10. DALLAS, GA — Two 16-year-old North Paulding High School students were injured, at least one of them seriously, in a two-car crash Tuesday morning. The crash happened at about 7:30 a.m. on Harmony Grove Church Road, near Paulding County Fire Station 11, according to the Georgia State Patrol. The teens were in a 2005 Nissan Sentra that was traveling north. While attempting to negotiate a curve, the Sentra rotated and the driver lost control, according to the state patrol. Dad is doing good he is breathing on his own for 4 hours at a time until weened completely he is more alert and awake but im not sure how much he is comprehending I told him how tough I thought he was he shook his head NO at me! So there is some talk about moving him to rehab soon we do not have a date yet. We appreciate your prayers and support keep them coming!
  16. yes I know those kids snuck out... they are a lot braver then I was ..and my boys are.. never ever would my boys nor I have done that. kids do not thing things out these days....
  17. If you are going to be there in Nov. that should be good enough.... that is a long drive, how often do they come down to see you? I hope when and if my son and DIL have kids they do not use them against me the way your son uses your grandkids aganist you... since you have a trip planned in Nov. you can celebrate your grand childs birthday then with the family. the baby will not know the difference.

  19. I have heard of babies being left in hot cars and dieing... I think 3 so far. parents who *forget* they have kids... I know some will say there maybe good reasons, don;t judge.... ect ect... To me there is no reason or excuse why a parent or (anyone for that matter,) but especially a parent could forget they have a child in the car... I raised 2 boys and never ever forgot they were in the car.... and I never ever left them in the car while i ran in to the store.... Another thing..... all of these young kids being killed.... 15-17 years old..... why are they out at 1 and 2am in the morn
