    Good point... the lighting when a tornado is touching down is a scatted lighting it lights up the whole sky and then you can see the tornado coming...

    sometimes you do not hear that train sound until it is to late. usually hail comes right before the tornado. so that is one sign. and the wind gets up really bad, and then everything stands still. I am like your husband I could sleep through storms if my husband did not wake me up and ask me if I heard that. LOL

    I wish the sun would stay in, the more it is out the hotter it gets and that is not good.

    It is not showing up on the radar right now, except in Alabama (according to the news) they said that it would be spartic and may not even show up on the radar I seen where all the power companies are getting prepared.
