ok I saw this... the store owner was giving the food stamp receiptant cash for his food stamps. they said they sell for .50 on the 1.00 so his bill was close to 750.00 he was given about 375.00 cash.. and did anyone see the balance left on that EBT card? he still had close to 450.00 left on his EBT card... and it was a coastal store owner that was doing this on windy hill in cobb county I say way to go to the cashier who turned him in... I think the one who seen it happen and can get the video should do it. (cashier, mgr,)
