I was outside this morning when it started sleeting.... I am glad I had not lost my mind. (which is very possible now days)

Thank you for your thoughts... I am so sorry to hear about your daddy.... it seems like we have lost a lot of wonderful people lately.

The flower shop will not remove the flowers unless ask by the family, and they usually wait 5-7 days before they do that. I called them The funeral home will not remove the flowers unless requested by the family. they do bring all the live potted plants to the home. I called them The church cementary only cuts the grass they do not remove any flowers. I called them and we have been told that flowers are stolen from graves to resale the stands etc... with everything else that is going on right now this was the last thing i needed.

I went to Mama's Grave on saturday to check the flowers out to see if i needed to remove any, and to take some keep sakes (ribbons, Humming Birds, Butterflies) off of the flowers that were left. and guess what? SOMEONE HAD GOTTEN ALL OF MAMA"S FLOWERS! the only ones that were placed there by the funeral home were wreaths still on the stands, and the blanket, and they were all gone! I called the flower shop, New Ga church, the funeral home, and none of them removed them. I also contacted family members and they were just as shocked as I was... I was devasted..... and sit and just cri

Hello Pcom.... just wanted to pop in and let all of you know I am still alive, I have not had time to think I have been so over whelmed and busy... in fact I have not had time to even grieve for mama yet but i will. right now I am just trying to get everything she wanted done. Mama was put on hospice Monday Oct 15, on Saturday Oct 19 we were sitting on her front porch laughing and talking as usually, Sunday she took a turn for the worst, sleeping all the time, and talking to daddy, so i knew it would not be long.. Lowrider i had to buy me a new lap top this week, the one i had was a dell i bought from best buy about 5 years ago, so i went back to best buy and bought another dell this one has a lot more then mine did somethings i will probably never use like web camera, and tons of space.... but it was 379.00 they have a tobisha 17.3 screen for 500.00 if you want to pay that.

Heather thank you for texting me this evening... I have no words right now that I can say that will you make any better or the hurt any easier... just know your Daddy had and will always have a special place in my heart He no longer needs our prayers now for peace and healing.. those prayers have been answered... my prayer for you is that when you need a memory to help get you through those long nights and days of missing your Daddy that the Lord will shower you with wonderful memories of your daddy... I have just gotten home from spending a few hours with Johnny.. I am heartbroken and sad to say that Johnny has already started his transition to a better place.. although he will be missed by many who love him. his family needs our prayers... I told him how much i love him and how much i have appreciated his friendship over the years.. I would not have never met this wonderful soul if it had not been for pcom..
