    hmmm. Is it OK not to report? Why wouldn't you want one just in case? Had a few drinks? No damage (then why would anyone report it in the first place)? This made me curious. I would want something in writing just in case the other person decided later they were disabled and couldn't work... I'm getting more suspicious the older I get.

    If you listen to the scanner feed it pretty much lays it all out there. Start at the 6:02 feed, it is about 2min20 seconds in. Very sad.
