Does anyone know of any good old fashion natural remedies for insomnia? Doc gave me a prescription of Ambien, but I hate it! Sometimes I sleep well, sometimes I have the craziest dreams ever and wake up 100 times. I have heard getting more magnesium is good and a weird one is rubbing a drop of Castor oil on your eyelids. Haven't tried the Castor yet. I just know I do not want to be a slave to a prescription sleep aid. I do have a stressful job with ridiculous deadlines and it is hard to turn my mind off at night. Any suggestions, no matter how weird are welcomed. Especially old folk remedies!!

I can tell you this, both of those sites, as well as every other fact checker out there, blasted Paul Ryan's speech as being full of b.s. It may be hard for you to believe the things Clinton said because he's the first one to put those figures out there in simple terms (Obama hasn't done it, atleast not well enough). Folks will say I'm biased but in my short life I have never seen so many misleading statements and blatant lies as have come out of the GOP camp in the last 4 years. They hate Obama and consider nothing off limits to make him look bad. I think it's helpful to look at the unbiased

Clinton in the end was a good president, but you have to remember the Republican's stopped him from getting away with some of his early nonsense and he was able to meet in the middle. A lot more than you can say for this guy in there now. If you think 4 more years of this guy will make us better off, you haven't been paying attention.

I had it and it is brutal. It went away on it's own but it took about 2 weeks, I missed that much work. If I moved at all the room would spin so bad I thought I was going to die. I wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy.

It wasn't a scam, we bought the books for the kids to hopefully use for school. Same as buying encyclopedia's back in the day. I got suckered by my wife not by the salesman. Of course the kids never opened them.
