There is a cookbook 10,000 Gluten Free Recipes by Carol Fenster. It is really good and she has a website. She uses a combination of flours as most g free recipes do. You have to use a combo in order to obtain the correct texture. There is also a website called Gluten free Goddess. Celiac.org is good for basic info.

We used Metro also.

I should have checked back here before spending time searching the net this morning. I did find that Regal @ Arbor is offering some newer films but they are $1 admission on Tues. and WEd. Anyone know if Dallas Theater is doing the cartoons again? I didn't see it on their web page.

On this otherwise happy Saturday; awoke to find our solar yard lights missing and the holders tossed in the yard. So angry that someone was on my property.
