And Your Bird Can Sing from Revolver or the entire Revolver album for that matter. Although Sgt. Pepper, Rubber Soul, Abbey Road and The White Album aren't bad either. -

People deserve better than that. -
I'm no doctor, but doesn't a flu virus mutate? If so, then wouldn't a mass-produced vaccine be ineffective if the virus mutated? Just wondering.

Sapporo in Hiram is the best, but a bit pricey. The Sapporo roll is great and I've always hated sushi.

I never thought I had such an impact on students I've taught

Thanks, I appreciate it. -
Recently, I signed up for facebook. To my surprise, many students I taught when first starting out in education have contacted me and they are successful young adults, in college and working toward careers. I have to admit I'm moved, which is hard, coming from someone as cynical and jaded as I am. Just when I began to think what I did made no difference, I'm filled with pride and gratitude to find I made a difference in their lives. I don't think a price can be put on the value of that.

Good luck. Knee injuries are not fun. At least they're better at it now.

I wish they could throw the lady who threw the kittens in the road instead. It's terrible someone trying to do a decent and loving thing, has to go through this.

People are like sheep and will do, without question, what authorities tell them to. I respect authority and everyone should , but with limits. This crosses a line and people need to stand up for their rights. -

As a teacher, I wouldn't think of asking a student to give up such information. When I was in school, teachers knew kids smoked. as a matter of fact, on my senior trip we saw teachers smoking. However, it was a different time and now society thinks they have the right to know every personal aspect of a person's life. -

Quite a few years ago, I was speaking to someone from a Central American country. He said people in his country ate what they wanted and didn't seem to gain weight. He thought it had something to do with all hormones put into our food.
