Housing vouchers? If you mean section 8, I'm pretty sure that the program has been full for more than 10 years. Even the waiting lists haven't budged in 10 years. Seems once you are approved you are in for life.

She has been seen today in her neighborhood, the Bartlett Square subdivision. “We don’t think at this time that she’s in danger—we just want to make sure she gets home where she can be safe,” Gorman said. Gorman said Cheyenne was described as 5 feet tall and weighing 115 pounds. He confirmed the clothing she was last seen in—a white tank top, black pants and barefoot.
