I don't like the vote to give the Airport to the AA but I would vote against any Commissioner who voted to harm the citizens of this county out of revenge. Make no mistake your proposal would hurt the county. Two wrongs don't make a right.

Some of us who have watched all of this without saying much have now been forced to voice an opinion about not having a future vote on anything to do with the Airport. I predicted long before the Primary that Barnett would lose his seat over it. I am now making the same prediction about Dave Carmichael. I know they see this as a great win and a way to achieve the goal that has been so important to them. Doing what you want and doing what your constituents want you to do are two different things sometimes. The Commissioners had some control over what happens with the Airport when these guy

This has been hard for everyone who has a strong opinion and believe they are right. It has truly divided this County. I am still not taking a stand on the Airport expansion because I want to keep my friends but I believe this vote will come back to bite.

I will look forward to new season and will also try to find you in it.

The only way to win a war is to fight with everything you have and you can't worry about being politically correct. Rest assured the enemy won't worry about it. Anybody who can kill children the way they do has no soul. They will fight dirty.

I heard one of them say it to another one and I was told that by one of the Commissioners. This is not hearsay. I won't name them either. Why would I want to open that can of worms for them? They believe it to be true. I wish they had not tied the hands of future Commissioners with their vote to turn everything over to the AA. I believe it was a mistake.

That is what I was told yesterday. The vote to give the AA the land and any authority that the Commission held was wrong. I think it will cost them in the end. We shall see how the voters view it in the next election and that question will be answered for everyone. Changing the rules because of the election results is not something I think was a good idea. Voters want to have a voice and that comes through their vote. In the future they can't vote on the people who manage the Airport.

There is now TB outbreak in the town in Massachusetts where they shipped them. There will be more diseases showing up. It was predicted and now it is happening.

I am very disappointed in them. Tommie Graham and Todd Pownall voted no. The others voted yes. It was 3-2.

They can't fire him. They just turned everything over to the Airport Authority and it would have to fire him. Now who do you think heads that up?

Tom will be elected again. I believe Obama would be defeated if he had to run again. Very big difference in the two men. I do agree that it is usually the biggest bank account that wins an election. Sad but true.

Not surprised that a Liberal Judge from Fulton County would rule this way. There are many in the legal community who have already disagreed with him.

They rejected it because it was a bad Bill. Wish Obamacare had been rejected as the bad Bill it is.

She has already said that she will be on board with anything Obama supports.

If there is an increase it should not be more than a dollar or two. The idea that it should be $15 an hour is outrageous. Our police don't make that much is some areas. If anyone deserves an increase it is those guys. I would hope Perdue would not support $15 an hour as a minimum wage. I think the folks that are demonstrating for it should be fired. There will be others waiting in line for those jobs.

Go peddle that to the White House. Last I heard they make a difference in pay between men and women. That stuff about Perdue is political garbage.
