Hearing reports of a woman being beheaded in New York. Waiting to hear if it is another terrorist attack. I know if I had been there it would have terrified me. http://www.foxnews.com/us/2014/10/29/police-say-ny-man-beheads-woman-before-jumping-in-front-train/

I have found that when they know the truth it does not matter. They just want their guy to win right or wrong. -

I think she has done extremely well in the debates and I am sure he is very proud of her. -

I guess you missed the part where he was not in charge of the division of the company that outsourced any jobs. You also must have missed the part where he was not informed about 50 Million dollars that Pillowtex was obligated to pay to the unions. He left that company when he found out they misrepresented the extent of trouble they were in when he agreed to try and save them. He could not save it. Nunn has stretched the truth at best. her ads are disgusting. All she has is Daddy's name and it is not her last name any longer. Even that is a lie. -

I did not say to withdraw from any challenge. I said if they go they need to be prepared to protect Americans by accepting a quarantine. It is their choice. The disease won't spread to America and has not in the past if they do the right things in Africa. They do not appear to be taking the precautions they should. You can't protect people from themselves Pubby. -

They make the choice to go and expose themselves to the disease. They should at least care as much for the people of America as they do for the people of Africa and accept a quarantine. If they can't do that it would be better for them to stay home. -

If they do that they need to be arrested. That is the same as lying about coming from an affected area. I still think there has to be a way to track them. -
So are you saying ISIS, Taliban, or other Muslim members are all insane. They are beheading people all of the time. One of them killed a young soldier in Europe with a machete.

We would all be better served if the candidates would stop telling us how bad the other guy is and start telling us why we should vote for them. The latest Democrat ads against Perdue have been low indeed. He signed a young girl's insulin pump and a Democrat tracker took a picture of it. They used it and said he signed her hip. Apparently the girl has asked many candidates to sign it for her. Add that to the use of children in a Nunn ad about Ferguson and how folks should vote Democrat so they won't be shot. Very low considering the elected officials there are all Democrats. -
This effort by the Democrats to stifle free political speech worries some. How do you feel about it. Pubby, I would be interested in your opinion. http://www.washingtonexaminer.com/dems-on-fec-move-to-regulate-internet-campaigns-blogs-drudge/article/2555270 Democratic FEC Vice Chair Ann M. Ravel announced plans to begin the process to win regulations on Internet-based campaigns and videos, currently free from most of the FEC’s rules. “A reexamination of the commission’s approach to the internet and other emerging technologies is long over due,” she said.

Breaking News, Patient In New York Tests Positive for Ebola

You can't compare the two diseases because they are vastly different. With Ebola you get sick within 21 days and fluids are leaking from everywhere in your body. Any contact with that can kill. With AIDS it can take years to rear it's ugly head and contact with body fluids is mostly by choice. We can prevent the spread here by quarantining those who have possibly been exposed for a short time. It is working in some parts of Africa. New York and New Jersey are doing what the President won't and making sure folks from the affected areas are quarantined. Georgia should do it too. -
They also learned the language and insisted that their children learn it right away. Now they don't have to. We teach them in their own language and we provide any government paper in their language as well as an interpreter if needed. Some voting machines are also in their language. We should stop this. It might make them learn English and it might also encourage them to be Americans.

So any rational fear of this disease and the way the Administration is handling it is irrational. Got it. -

Absolutely correct and I agree! I would post about the school shooting in Seattle but I would be accused of posting bad news and scaring folks again. Some love to live in a fantasy world so I won't. -

We can always lock them up. Really? If they are medical staff returning from affected areas they should be locked up if they don't honor the quarantine. I really don't get the idea that we should not make sure that the American people are protected. Shaking my head at your post. You really have no clue how I feel about feeding poor people. -

I don't mean to put forth any impression like "I told you so" I truly apologize if it sounds that way. I try not to bury my head in the sand. There are others (right and left) on this site who do seem to look at things head on. Their take is what I come here for.
