Sneaking in with Ebola deserves a well placed bullet. Instead of putting troops in Africa in the midst of disease this government should be putting them on the border. BTW did you know that 30 something percent of Ebola patients never run a fever and that about the same percentage don't vomit or have diarrhea? We can't be sure they are not sick. We need to stop flights from the hot zones. Obama needs to start putting Americans first.

Was there ever any doubt that it would be another political appointee?

Anyone who had contact should have travel restricted. Lab accidents happen too. Any person who was near an infected person should be monitored. Not self check but checks by CDC. That is the only way to assure that it does not spread. Schools are closing because a teacher flew on the same plane as 2nd nurse who came down with it. Bridal shop is closing because she shopped there. CDC should have taken it all more seriously and so should we. This coming from a fanatic about germs period. Medical staff should also be provided with proper equipment.

Can't do that because it would expose too many folks in the process. Shut the travel down and it can't happen.
