I do know that if he had a partner in the business his returns would be tied to the partner's. At least that is what I think I heard the experts say. I of course am not an expert in tax law. It would be a violation of their privacy to release records that also belong to them.

You are not allowed to release any info on OTHER folks as far as their tax returns may be concerned. He could not BY LAW release any that revealed info on others. My last comment on this issue. Very busy right now. See Ya!!

Avery could have run as one but chose not to because he says he is a Democrat. It usually says something about their beliefs. If you think the Democrats in Congress right now do not make a difference in what is happening to our economy then I will beg to differ. Yes it makes a difference.

That was true at one time I believe. I no longer think so. Obama and the direction the Democrats have taken America is the reason I don't believe it. The Democrat Party is fundamentally transforming (changing) America to use Obama's own words. I don't like the change and anyone who is part of that movement does not get my vote.

I have qualified a lot of the folks who are in office in Paulding at this very moment. If Will had come in and signed up to run as a Republican there would have been nothing to stop him. He wanted to run as a Democrat because he IS ONE! Arlan Specter was not a Republican he was a RINO and should have been shown the door long ago. They kicked him to the curb for good reason. I picked Kim because I thought she would do the BEST job. In this case I think Paulette will serve Paulding's interests far better than her opponent. That simple.

In case you forgot, they are both Republicans. Had nothing to do with my vote either since it was a moot point in a primary. This is a general election with a Republican and a Democrat opposing each other. I will always come down on the side that I think serves Paulding County interests best and it is not the Democrat in this case, it is the Republican. Spin it any way you like that fact will not change.
