Sometimes not working together and doing nothing is far better than what Congress does when they agree. Obamacare is a good example. Course I think the Democrats own that one. Senate voted last night to repeal parts of Obamacare. It will now go back to the House for another vote. If Obama does not sign it then he will be the one to cause a shut down.
