Do you think this one leans far enough left to suit you? http://www.baltimoresun.com/news/maryland/bs-md-syrian-refugees-process-20151007-story.html

You mean you don't trust the truth when it does not come from the Huffington Post? I will see if I can get some truth from a left wing source. Get back to you when I find some...

Yes they would. I know you did not ask me but answering anyway. I do think if Bush had left Saddam Hussein alone he might have stopped some of their power. Funny that our President has the same middle name, Hussein. I liked the quote I read this morning "In a Cruz Administration it would be clear to any militant on the face of the earth that if you go and join ISIS—if you wage jihad against America—you're signing your death warrant".~~~Ted Cruz

These people are different. They do not fear death. Not even for their children. They believe that they will be honored for their sacrifice in Muslim heaven. There were 8 terrorists who attacked last night and 7 of them blew themselves up the 8th was shot. How do you make them fear death. I think all of them should be buried wrapped in pig skin sprinkled with pig blood. That might get their attention.

You said it is the world I gave you some truth that it is not the world. Argue with it if you want but you will still be wrong. Three links that say so... http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-3222405/How-six-wealthiest-Gulf-Nations-refused-single-Syrian-refugee.html http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/europe/russia/11856922/Russia-refuses-to-help-Syrian-refugees.html http://www.nytimes.com/2015/06/29/world/asia/china-and-india-are-sitting-out-refugee-crisis.html

No it is not the world. Most of the well to do Muslim countries have refused to take them. They are not stupid. Japan has refused. They say they need to take care of their own first. BTW I think we should too. There are other countries too. http://www.theguardian.com/world/2015/sep/30/japan-says-it-must-look-after-its-own-before-allowing-syrian-refugees-in

. I wish I could believe it was with his heart. He said he would fundamentally change America and some believe he will do that by bringing the culture and religion from other countries here. Many are Muslim and there is no denying that.

Here are a couple of links. By the way Obama has pushed for speeding it up and almost no vetting can take place. Link to that too. The picture they show in the article is not accurate. Most of the refugees are fighting age men. One of the links is about that. http://thehill.com/policy/national-security/256522-dems-want-tweaks-to-speed-up-processing-of-syrian-refugees https://www.numbersusa.com/news/fbi-says-there-no-way-vet-incoming-syrian-refugees http://dailycaller.com/2015/09/11/flashback-fbi-no-way-to-vet-incoming-syrian-refugees-video/ http://thehill.com/blogs/floor-act

Whoever said, "If we don't fight it over there then we will surely fight it over here", was right! I am reading that we have just had the first 10,000 Muslim refugees to hit our country. I don't hold Bush blameless but he has not been President for 8 years. If we are hit by any of these so called refugees or by any who have crossed our borders illegally it will be on Obama and on his watch. He is bringing them here without even vetting them.

They want to cling to the idea that you can change the outcome if you are just nice. The French were nice and accepted 30,000 Muslim refugees last week. I feel very sorry for them tonight. They closed their borders and have a curfew for the first time since the 40's. What lesson did they learn? They have an agenda now and it is the protection of France and her people. A little late but they have it. I agree we need a strong leader and not one who opens our doors to ISIS.

Some folks won't get it till it does happen. They were warned.

He won't get my vote because he voted to take away my voice concerning the airport when he voted to silence my Commissioner and turn it over to the Airport Authority. One that was given to him when he took his seat on the Commission. He used it the wrong way and removed the right he had from the new commissioners. Bad move and ethically wrong in my opinion.
-
I do understand that and I respect your feelings about the resignation. None of it changes what I said about David Carmichael. I think he is doing what he believes is right just as you are. You just disagree. I disagree with him about his vote to turn everything over to the airport authority. Every one of them who voted to do that lost any support they would ever have from me. It was wrong. It does not change what he has done and continues to do in the community. He is a good man and he stands for what he believes in. I don't agree with him but I respect him.
-
Mr. Carmichael is a fine man. I did not agree with the way he voted most of the time but he is a good man. He resigned now so the special election to fill his seat could take place at the same time as the Presidential Primary. It will save Paulding County Money. Give him some credit for that please.

I am a little shocked myself...

Yep! It is "A Time for Truth". He believes in the Constitution, the rule of law, and freedom. I do too.

I have done a lot of research and I have met many of the candidates, the conservative ones anyway. I agree with you about the media. Took me a year before I made up my mind but it is set in stone now cause I believe he is the right one. Walker was my second choice. Went to Atlanta and met him along with a small group of conservatives. I heard him speak and knew he would not make it. Went home and got a call from the campaign I chose to work with that afternoon. He may not win but I will go on believing I made the right decision win or lose. If we are not careful the media and the esta

I like to think I will too. I have been disappointed in a couple who showed they had feet of clay. I was one of the first to call them and tell them I thought so.. Hate when it happens.

Something I have discovered about voters over the years. They pick their candidate and they stick with them cause he is their guy no matter what. I picked mine and I think he is the most ethical, honest, and qualified of the bunch. I will give the Carson supporters a pass on this. I get it.

All it takes is a few so called moderate Republicans to join the Democrats and they make things like this happen. This is an article on some of the changes. http://www.pbs.org/newshour/making-sense/understanding-inequity-hash-congress-president-making-social-security/

Yes, some of us were distracted by actually working on a presidential campaign. We did not miss this even with the busy week end of work. I think widows and couples will be hit hardest.
-
You really are doing your homework. He was accused of lying after the last debate because of an answer he gave about that.
-
Mine would be the same if the candidate was being vetted and his comments and history were the same.

This is one of the many reasons I don't support him in the Primary. There are many more. He wants to have us make Puerto Rico a state and take on more debt. No thanks Ben. http://www.cnn.com/2015/11/08/politics/ben-carson-puerto-rico-statehood/index.html

I like an honest candidate and I can't support Rubio because he is not. He is a campaign conservative. I have learned to much about Carson to support him in the Primary. My prediction is that if he were to win he could be very much like Jimmy Carter. My feeling is that he is not who his supporters think he is.
