I work at NPHS... and I'm guessing that is the way it will be. I haven't heard anything different yet.

Don't know if anyone noticed the CV stickers on the backs of the players helmets yesterday during the game. They are in support of a UGA freshman baseball player named Chance Veazey who was injured toward the end of Oct in a traffic accident in Athens. He is from my( and my husbands) hometown of Tifton, GA. A car pulled out in front of him while he was riding his scooter and now he is paralyzed from the waist down. You can google his name and find out more. My husband went to high school with his parents. He also has a CaringBridge page! Please keep Chance and his family in your prayer

My daughter and two of her friends went to see it last night.... They LOVED it but were COMPLETELY freaked out !!!!!!

Everyone talking about bugs going thru dorms made me think.... MEDICATIONS... Tylenol, Immodium,Pepto,Sudafed, etc.

I think it needs to be noted that the helmet was comepletely pulled OFF of the players head for that facemask penalty. Poor kid.

Aww.. I know how you feel... I miss the kids at NPHS too !!! They're a great bunch!! I can honestly say.. that I am ready for school to come back... I LOVE my job!!!

Just got my official staff phone call.... NO school tomorrow... Wed. Sept 23...

My son isnt going to classes at KSU today either.... Totally NOT worth taking a chance....

there was also a nasty two car accident on Harmony Grove Church Rd. a the entrance to the NPHS/McClure/Burnt Hickory elem. pod of schools this morning.

I only got to watch the last 3 minutes of this game and that was from the parking lot. My husband was injured in Ohio on Sept. 2 while on a business trip.. so long story short.. I missed the last two games. I was proud to at least be able to be NEAR the stadium when they won. (I was there to pick up our daughter) I am SO proud of our boys !!!

The one at Seven Hills is still open. Just ate there tonight.

One of the winners was Vincent Irrizary... not sure which show he is on. Can't remember the other guy.
