Lower the learner's driving license to 14... Keep the license age at 16. I'm torn on the driver's Ed requirement. I can see the need for those parents who don't have time to teach their children. but for those of us who require the teen learning to drive, to drive every time they are in the car and it leaves the driveway, to actually schedule time to learn how to do different turns, parking methods, merge, etc.. I agree.. and if there is a light to the entrance of the s/d someone has to pay for the extra light.. in addition to the $7.00 light fee you are already paying. It is probably a good idea to donate to keep the s/d looking good. You will appreciate it even more when you go to sell your home.
