Very interesting. I learned one thing today because I already new it's not only stupid, but a crime to tamper with a mailbox. I just think it would have been funny to deliver mail to a mailbox on top of a vehicle.

Of course I have my own in house designer. I use a website called gotprint.com. 1000 full color, one side, 14pt UV coat for $14.55 plus shipping. I haven't found it any cheaper anywhere else. That's the price for uploading your own file. If you design it online with their software it's a buck cheaper.

I used to have to use a black felt tip marker when I worked @ MPD. Then we had to copy the original just to be sure you couldn't read through it. I don't recommend this method for your computer screen though. It really only works on paper.

I would be honored if I were called for jury duty. I think it's a great service I can provide for the country. I've never been called but I would love to be.

Man I've stopped trying to figure out the "logic" (or serious lack of) when it comes to talking to the departments that service the loans. Do you realize most departments don't communicate? You can be in foreclosure, short sale and regular old customer service and none of those three departments has any idea what the other one is doing. It's maddening to try to sell a house these days. Good luck though.
