CHOKE

Oh...you got a mayberry...at least someone with your name did...I think they were in Florida when it was sent.
-
I'm cursed with it. It's horrible and you can't control it. Cut him some slack.
-
The sweet potato patties and fried okra are to die for. Soooo good.
-
He's going to check into it to see if they can get here that fast. He isn't certain it's possible. But he will check.

Glenn, visit www.oforireo.com, www.hometelos.com and www.hudpemco.com. Those are the three management companies for HUD and they all have vendor programs where you can apply for that type of work. Also, call your hometown banks, the small credit unions, etc. Then Google foreclosure agents and find out if you can hook up those agents that deal primarily in foreclosure. But mostly it's handled through the banks. The banks and management companies might ask for agent recommendations, but mostly it's handled through whoever holds the title.

Well let us do your next order. Keep us in mind. And tell your friends.

Jimmy can get a quote to you for that. He'll just need some more info first. Email us at elwood@vanadorr.com and we'll get that you right away. Thanks

Heath also has Polk. I met him at a Town Hall last night. I was not impressed.

I disagree. Not everyone on Pcom is an asshole for the sake of being an asshole. I'm glad he's here. I got to meet him this morning when he came into Audry's after the Friday network meeting had ended. He seems like a nice guy and certainly presents himself in a professional and educated manner. That's something I like to see in anyone, and especially a candidate for office.
-
BTW- Your new job is spitting distance from my office.
-
Oh. Really! You're cold? Now you know how Chad feels.
-
You've been here two seconds and already you're catching hell. I hope you do well because one you're focused on sustainable growth by nurturing small business and second because you have presented yourself in a professional and well written manner. Congratulations on entering the race. As a small business owner who works a lot in Dallas and Paulding County I'll be watching you closely. Oh and welcome to Pcom.

I didn't know LPPT was auditioning.
-
That is incredible news. Congrats to you all. I know in your family it takes a village.

Thanks for the updates. I'm wishing her a fast recovery.

I've seen this done a lot. My aunt used to do it with her roses on her front porch. We did with Passion Vine on ours a few years ago. It's great.

The Adventures of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert. That's one of my all time favs.

Property Tax Assessments are here!
MarkPalm replied to The Sound Guy's topic in Paulding County NEWS
Hey folks, remember, the Fair Market Value listed on your tax assessment is NOT the same as Fair Market Value when you are thinking of selling. In Georgia your taxes are figured on 40% of the assessed "Fair Market Value." While a lot of homeowners have seen equity disappear in the wake of foreclosure activity, just remember that your property is worth what a ready, willing and able buyer is prepared to pay for it on a given day and of course subject to appraisal if there is financing involved. My tax assessment dropped $4k to $80k from last year (I live in Polk Co) which doesn't bother me one -
I had the absolute best time with all of you. I even made some new friends. It was just awesome and I was proud to be a part of it. Terry and Beth are awesome folks and they deserve the success. Thanks to everyone who came out to play.

It's a good thing my mics are wireless. That way you don't have to leave the tiki bar. You can just sing right there.

If you have never been to Audry's...................
MarkPalm replied to Mrs G's topic in RECENT TOPICS
I have never gotten anything there that I didn't love. The sweet potato patties are divine. And their fried okra is really fried okra. Not those heavily breaded nuggets. I mean like rolled in cornmeal and fried just like my grannies. So yummy.
