A chevy truck has just wrecked. They crashed into Yorkville Methodist church. There is possibly 2 injured at this time. Rescue is in route.

As the kids arrive at HHS this morning, I am sure if this is true, then the parents with children who go there will be getting phone calls from those children. I pray if this is true, the school is prepared with counselors. Of course, I hope this is NOT true and the kids at HHS don't have to go through this.

Could have been. I know they were out there last night starting repairs, but they may not have been able to finish and had to go back this morning. Not a problem. I enjoy doing it. Unfortunately the only time I can listen is when I am at work, and that means between phone calls, so sometimes I only hear bits and pieces. I had the scanner turned down a few minutes ago, and come back to them talking about a pre-k center and the caller being concerned for the kids safety, but don't know the nature of the call. I hate that.

OK. Then there must have been another accident there this morning. They said they were opening Ridge Rd back up at Garmon, the site of the previous accident. Thanks for the info

They just said over the scanner about 10 minutes ago, that they are now opening Ridge Rd back up from the previous accident. They were giving the same area of the school bus accident yesterday. Has it been shut down this entire time, was there another accident there this morning? Last night on the news, they had mentioned it would be a couple of hours before they would have it re-opened, but they were not saying it would be all night. Just curious. Does anyone know?

The one asking for someone to go into the attack I know was. The other one was the commander and he was not, but still very out of breath. You could definitely tell who was speaking the breathing apparatus. I had never heard anything like that.

I know. I was having a really hard time understanding what a couple of them were saying. Calmness is back in there voice again now. I think they doing better.

One of the firefighter inside the house just asked for assistance inside the attack. He said he thinks he got the fire out in the attack, and is going in, but wants someone with him. This was at 151 Tanner Farm Dr. I think they said they have the fire under control at this time.

Command on the scene is very out of breath every time he is reporting and is hard to understand. I think he said he has one fire fighter who went in the front door. Engine 4 is turning onto 101 now, enroute to the scene Command did say they have positive water supply at this time. Structure is 50% involved and they are sending in 3 firefighter. Prayers going out to our firefighters.

Next door to 189 Tanner Farm Dr. House is on fire. Neighbor got dog out of house. Does not think any people are in the house. This is off of 101 Battalion 1 confirms that is appears all occupants are out of structure at this time.

I was trying to listen, but kept getting interrupted, and was only hearing bits and pieces of several different calls. Kids...don't you love having a house full, and they always want you when you want some peace and quiet.

There is a white male, possibly drunk, shooting his gun into the woods behind his house. this is in the Willows Sub off of Bob Hunton off of Ridge Rd

Moderate front end damage. Injuries.

That is good news. Do you know what the cause of the explosion was? Do you live in the neighborhood?

I was listening to this. It is off of Ridge Rd.

They gave the name of the sub and it was not Sherwood Forest, but I was unable to comprehend what they said.

I have not heard any more on this, but I am at work, and trying to listen between phone calls. If anyone else is listening to the scanner, feel free to jump in if you hear anything

Someone called in asking SO to go check on a lady at 570 Braxton Dr off of Friendship Church Rd She says the husband has been making death threats against her and her son. She is afraid he is holding her inside the home, and advises there are guns in the home. 3 SO units are responding

There had also been an accident on 92 this morning. I know it kinda bad, but turned my scanner on in the middle of it, and heard only bits and pieces. It could have been for that accident.
