Yep. It's like having a family reunion, a high school reunion, a childhood reunion, and a coming of the old loves all in one place every day. The other night when I met friends for dinner we were talking about this. One of the girls was telling us how she reunited with an old childhood friend through FB after 30 yrs. They have now been dating for a year. That lead to me saying how I have all of my old boyfriends on there except one, but I had his mom, sisters, nephews and cousins on there but not him. I woke up yesterday morning and logged on and had a friend request from HIM!

My mom does not play the games, but she LOVES the pics and the videos I post on there. My daughter went to homecoming last week, I took pics and came right back and posted them. Not only are those for my mom, but also all of the extended family in NC. They comment all the time about how great it is to keep up with me and my kids that way and get to watch them growing up. I love it too. I don't feel like we are all missing out on so much any more. I think EVERY last relative I have is on there, even some living in another country.

Any other EP AFJROTC parents out there that can give me some heads up about these meets? Who's going?

Morning LR and CC!! This is a cruel morning. I got home and got in the bed at 2am, knowing I could sleep in this morning. The only day of the week I get to do that. Then at 7am I roll over and glance at the clock. I jolted out of the bed thinking I forgot to set the alarm. Took about 10 seconds to realize it was SUNDAY!! Pfft No going back to bed now. I am laying in the bed, playing on the laptop and watching the news. Guess I will get up and start my day.

I was taking a friend home about 1:30 this morning in Hiram. We went down Metromont Rd. and crossed over Rosedale and over the train tracks. As soon as we went over the tracks a coyote jolted across the road in front of us and jumped the silt fence. Coming back we went the same route, but this time after crossing back over Rosedale and coming under SCT bridge, another one (or maybe the same one depending on where it ran to) jolted across the road in front of us again, and disappeared. Funny thing is, the person that was in the car with me, had his eyes closed both times when I yelled

This is just a fun thread about changes in gererations with comical stories. I, for one, speak to my Mom several times a day. In fact, it's 7:30am on a Sunday and I JUST hung up with her. She does not have to get on FB to get in touch with me. We talked her into gettting on FB to keep in touch with OTHERS.... Aunts, Uncles, cousins, old childhood friends, old boyfriends (mine and hers)! They are ALL on there. I must say, she is loving FB now that she has joined it. We have several sick family members, most of them in NC. Instead of our loved ones having to call everyone, repeating
