    I was just drawn outside by the sound of a whippoorwill. I never heard them sound so clear until I moved here from Cobb in 1996. He/she sounded so distressed tonight. I've never heard that sound until tonight, seems a little ominous to me. Hope I'm wrong.

    Yeah, we're desensitized to the sirens in Dallas around here. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme nor reason as to why or when they go off.

    Yep, DH and I drove through there around 10:45 and it was still a huge mess. There were several cars being towed off as well.
