  1. She sounds amazing in all of them. I do like number one, but when she sings Miranda, her emotions jump out at you. She sang it with so much feeling and you could tell her heart was really into it. Whenever I hear that song I tear up and I only thought Miranda could illicit that from me. Well your daughter made me tear up, simply beautiful. Best of luck to her, please let us know what she decides, she's really good mom!
  2. Poor, sweet baby. How incredibly sad.
  3. Looks amazing! Can't wait to come by and meet you guys, been meaning to for awhile now.
  4. Me too, I just can't get it off my mind. The circumstances surrounding it were so very sad. I pray for peace for the family and for all of the young people who don't know how to deal with this. I'm a grown up and i can't process it, can't imaine how his schoolmates and friends feel. Not to mention his poor family. My heart goes out to them. I pray for peace and strength for everyone.

  7. The horse farm is a good idea! Sounds like your doing great mom. Also, I agree with AGG on earning the right to do certain things as an adult. Cuss away when you feel like it. lol My mom and dad used to say"do as i say,not as I do." Haha, I say that now. I wish you continued luck, your doing a fine job!

  9. awwww, congratulations! Can't wait for the pics.
  10. Hey Luck! How's it going today? Any better?
  11. Nah, no sense in that. I'm just concerned for the little girls welfare, not in a war of words with you. I'm not taking it personal. I hope you have a great day, God Bless.
  12. I agree with you completely. There are reasons I feel as strongly about this as I do. If a guy does that to a girl, he deserves no warning. There's nothing to discuss in my book.
  13. You were calling me out. You picked my post to quote. Look back and see how many other mothers said basically the same as I. I'm ok with that, just don't know why you have to deny it.
  14. I agree with you and fishnthec in allowing your kids to learn to defend themselves. I just have very strong feelings on anyone's body being violated. I respect your feelings but I also know how I would feel if my young child was being violated. There are times when we as parents need to advocate for our kids. You guys are right, we need to give the kids the tools to stand on their own as we are not always going to be here.
  15. Dis, how exactly would you handle it if someone grabbed your daughters rear?? I am very curious to know how you would handle it.
  16. I know the moment has passed. I was agreeing with the ten or so other mothers who were voicing the same opinion I had .Why call me out?? I stand by what I said. Don't patronize me. I never said it would change anything by raising hell, but by God if my kids, girl or boy are violated, the school will be hearing from me. I have been in the school system for years and support the schools so this is not a vendetta against the school. This is about a child being made to feel uncomfortable by some little shiot who thinks he can get by with it. You bet your sweet ass this mom would be up there with
  17. Please go to the school and raise total hell, your daughter is being violated, you have every right to demand that it stop. Please. I mean you no disrespect but this is serious. No boy should be putting their hands on her, I would be at that school everyday.
  18. I so agree with this. Teach the girl to defend herself and not take crap from some little boy who wants to touch her arse. I swear if one of my sons did that, they deserve to be kicked in the balls. This PC crap is getting out of hand.
